If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within a week of receiving the order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to attach photos of the faulty or damaged item in your email so we can provide a quick resolution. Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in their original condition and packaging.
