Is my information and online payment secure?

Our website is encrypted with eCommerce industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which means any information you enter in our website is 100% secure and encrypted during data transmission.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via the most secure payment gateways PayPal and Stripe. Your credit card number and security code are never stored on our website.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. You can check the country list at the checkout.

Where do you dispatch from?

We dispatch all products directly from our partnering suppliers and makers in China and south east Asia.

I placed an order but I didn’t receive any email confirmations from you. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder first as it’s most likely it ended up there. Please make sure you whitelist our email address hello@feelgooddecor.com in your email client so you don’t miss any future communications from us. If you still can’t find any emails please let us know so we can help you locate and track your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes for most countries, we will send you your order tracking link via email after dispatching your order. It usually takes us 1 – 3 working days to process and dispatch orders. If for any reason you can’t find the tracking link email, simply drop us an email (hello@feelgooddecor.com) and our friendly support team would be happy to update you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I amend or cancel my order after I have placed my order?

That’s not possible once we start to process your order for dispatching. When an order comes in it’ll be immediately sent to our warehouse for processing, so you need to let us know ASAP as we can only change or cancel your order before it’s processed for dispatching. We will try our best to help but we can’t guarantee that your order can be changed or cancelled.

I’ve changed my mind and don’t want my order anymore. Can I get a refund?

You can follow the instructions on our returns policy page to get a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I didn’t receive my order? What do I do?

Please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date so we can help you locate your order.
