We ship worldwide. Our products will be dispatched by our production partners in China. We use the most reliable shipping carriers to deliver our products and we will send you the tracking link after your order is dispatched.

Shipping time
It usually takes us about 1-5 working days to process and dispatch your order depending on products. Most of the products can be dispatched in 1-2 working days. Handmade products may take longer to dispatch.
Shipping time varies depending on your shipping destination and items ordered. If your order contains more than one item, depending on availability and item sizes we may need to dispatch them in separate parcels and you can track each parcel separately.

- Canada: 10 - 20 working days after dispatch
- Australia: 10 - 20 working days after dispatch
- New Zealand: 10 - 20 working days after dispatch

- Japan: 10 - 14 working days after dispatch
- Singapore: 10 - 14 working days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 20 - 25 working days after dispatch (available via our Etsy Shop)

Returns
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within a week of receiving the order by emailing hello@feelgooddecor.com. Please make sure to attach photos of the faulty or damaged item in your email so we can provide a quick resolution. Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they're unused and in their original condition and packaging.
